The Premium Pack extends the commercial warranty of eligible new products to 1 year. The terms of this extended warranty are the same as the original commercial warranty. The withdrawal period is extended from 30 to 60 days from the delivery date of the eligible products. No costs to bear – everything is covered by Beateuro.com. You will receive a pre-paid return label to send back your item. This benefit is subject to the restrictions related to the withdrawal period and does not apply in the following cases⁽²⁾:
Professional orders
Products made to consumer specifications or highly personalized
Products that, due to their nature, cannot be reshipped or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly, such as some chemicals
Products that have been immersed or come in contact with treated water
Products whose serial number was registered via the beatbot app or on beatbot.com
Products unsuitable for resale

For any breakdown reported within 7 days after delivery of a product protected by the Premium Pack, we carry out an immediate exchange.

Terms: The part must be confirmed as defective. "Immediate" means excluding the time needed for receipt, hardware testing, and breakdown diagnosis. This commitment applies to returns handled exclusively by Beateuro.com, without manufacturer intervention, and subject to immediate availability of the item in stock for exchange.
